The
Association is aware of the tough times that many homeowners’ are facing with our current economy. The Association is
willing to work with homeowners’ when it comes to paying your assessments. If you need a payment plan, please call our
office at (281) 576-1268. Please also keep in mind, that while the Association does not like to turn anyone over to the Attorney
for past due assessments, if that should happen, you will be responsible for all legal fees.
