Last year we asked that all residents please come to the pool house on one of the pool tag update times and fill out new cards. If you did this last year you do NOT need to do it again this year. If you are a new resident or did not update your cards last year they MUST be updated before you can use the pool this season. You may either bring current photos of all residents of your household or bring them with you and we will take their photo with our camera. The lifeguards cannot update pool tags!

*Note: Pool closed on Mondays. If a holiday falls on a Monday, the pool will be open to the public, but will be closed the next day (Tuesday) for maintenance.

RENTAL INFORMATION

(All assessment fees must be current

to rent the pool or room.)

$50.00 for 4 hours + $100 deposit

The pool can be rented during regular or after hours.

If booking during regular hours, you MUST rent the room

and will have a limit of 25 guests!

♣Minimum $34.00 per hour♣

$12.00/hour per lifeguard - $10.00/hour for 1 gateguard

There is a 2 lifeguard minimum for up to 50 guests.

If you have more than 50 guests, you will need 1

additional lifeguard per 25 people.

New residents may either bring a photo of all occupants of their house for pool tag records, or we will take your photo for you.

NOTE: All assessment fees must be current. Assessment fees will only be accepted in the form of check or money order. New residents must bring proof of residency and pictures of all family members or bring your family and pictures will be taken for you. For additional information call: 281-576-1268.

POOL RULES

When visiting the pool please follow the rules that are posted. This will allow for everyone visiting the pool to have a safe and fun visit. If you can't follow the rules, you will be asked to leave and will run the risk of not being able to use the pool for the rest of the swimming season. So remember to follow all rules that are posted. Also, please remember that Pool Tags are required for entry to the pool area. Have a safe and fun summer!
